Our turnaround service include:
- Meet & Greet: On behalf of the cruise line companies, we are in direct contact with the guests upon their arrival, delivering a warm “meet & greet” service and providing the necessary assistance.
- Transfers: All operational and logistical aspects related to passenger transfers are handled by our expert turnaround team. We take guests to / from ports, airports, hotels and take care of them until they have checked in or are being attended to at a hospitality desk.
- Information & Reservations: We deliver the complete service, going beyond the normal turnaround responsibilities to provide further information or shore excursion.
- Check-in: Together with cruise line representatives, our employees perform a flawless operational process while delivering a professional and courteous service.
- Luggage Handling: We ensure the safe and secure transport of luggage, helping guests and working with cruise line representatives to facilitate an easy and efficient operation.
